We are seeking a skilled Tiler with expertise in kitchen and bath installations to join our dedicated team.

Job Summary: The person will be responsible for installing and repairing tiles in residential kitchens and bathrooms. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to delivering superior results. You will work closely with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure that all tile installations meet design specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tile Installation: Measure, cut, and install tiles on floors, walls, and backsplashes in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring precise alignment and a high-quality finish.
• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate underlayment or adhesive materials.
• Design Execution: Follow detailed design plans and specifications, including patterns and layouts, to achieve desired aesthetic and functional results.
• Tile Cutting and Shaping: Use hand tools and power tools to cut and shape tiles to fit around corners, fixtures, and other obstacles.
• Grouting and Sealing: Apply grout between tiles, ensuring a smooth and even finish. Seal grout lines as needed to prevent moisture infiltration and enhance durability.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations. Address any issues or defects promptly.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and address any concerns during the installation process.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a tiler, with a focus on kitchen and bath installations.
• Proficiency in tile cutting, shaping, and installation techniques.
• Knowledge of various tile materials, adhesives, and grout types.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials
