Full time Direct hire career position for Supervisor -Grounds Maintenance - Corpus Christi, TX

 

 

Supervisor will be responsible for overall management and coordination of the contract and be the official POC with the Government.  This position is authorized to commit the organizations resources as necessary to perform the requirements of the contract. Grounds Maintenance Supervisory skills and experience is required to manage all aspects of the contract.

 

Will ensure organizational employees, subcontractors and vendors comply with all the contractural requirements and all Government regulations. Schedule personnel, review/disapprove timecards, inventory management of supplies, equipment and vehicles. Maintain contract budget, review processes, employee performance evals, ensure safety protocols are followed.

 

Required:

OSHA 30 General Industry

Experience with Government Furnished Property (GFP a plus)

Safety and Health experience that complies with EM 385-1-1 and applicable OSHA, DoD, Armed Forces Branch(s),Federal, state and local safety, environmental and health requirements

 

Prior experience working on a government installation highly desired.

Labor Unions - (a plus)

Must pass background check
