Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Liquid Propane Technician to join our team in Plant City, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining liquid propane systems, including tanks, valves, regulators, and piping. You will collaborate with our team of fabricators and welders to inspect and test propane tanks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Your expertise in liquid propane systems will be crucial for conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing pressure tests to ensure the integrity and functionality of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain liquid propane systems, including tanks, valves, regulators, and piping.
• Work closely with fabricators and welders to inspect and test propane tanks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system functionality.
• Perform pressure tests and other inspections to guarantee equipment integrity.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs, inspections, and tests conducted.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, safety protocols, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with propane systems is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications in liquid propane systems are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
