Job Description

As a Business Development Manager in our telemarketing team, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to make 100 telemarketing calls per day to generate and qualify leads, aiming to achieve a monthly target of $5M in live, quotable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 100 telemarketing calls daily to identify potential business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our industry and offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.
• Continuously seek to improve strategies and approaches to maximize lead generation success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
• Familiarity with our industry is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resilient and persistent with a passion for achieving targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
