Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Overview:

We are seeking reliable Packers to join our team at a food plant in Plant City, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are properly packed into containers for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be crucial in maintaining the quality and accuracy of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take products and place them into the appropriate containers for shipment.
• Ensure all products are packed accurately and meet quality standards.
• Follow packaging instructions and procedures to maintain consistency.
• Perform quality checks on packed products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Report any issues or discrepancies with products or packaging to a supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a packing or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow packing instructions precisely.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
