Project Accountant - Construction Accounting Software Required

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant with a strong background in construction accounting and proficiency in construction accounting software. This is a full-time, in-office position with no hybrid or remote work options available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process A/P invoices and generate A/R invoicing, including AIA’s.
• Manage vendor payments, collect lien waivers, and maintain all related documentation.
• Generate job cost reports and communicate project performance to key stakeholders.
• Reconcile credit cards monthly and handle expense report submissions.
• Verify construction project data entry into Foundation software.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Construction accounting software. (Textura, Timberline, Sage, Build)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
• 40-hour work week.
