Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Outreach Specialist to join our team in Brandon, FL. This role is vital for community engagement and involves building connections and raising awareness about our medical clinic's services. You will plan, organize, and host events at various senior centers, bingo halls, and other community locations to educate and inform the public about our healthcare options. Your goal will be to increase the clinic’s visibility and foster relationships within the community to ensure seniors have access to the care they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and host events at senior centers, bingo halls, and other community locations to promote the clinic’s services.
• Create a welcoming environment at events, providing valuable information about the clinic’s offerings and addressing questions from potential patients.
• Work closely with the clinic’s marketing and patient enrollment teams to identify and leverage opportunities for community engagement.
• Serve as the face of the clinic at community events, encouraging attendees to consider our medical services.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and individuals to enhance the clinic’s presence and reach.
• Collaborate with team members to develop outreach strategies and materials that effectively communicate the clinic’s value.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups.
• Strong organizational skills and experience in event planning and hosting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve outreach goals.
• Previous experience in community outreach, healthcare promotion, or a similar field is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or education in marketing, communications, or public relations is a plus.
