Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team in Apollo Beach, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general building and machine maintenance, moving materials within the warehouse, and handling various tasks such as painting, electrical work, and plumbing. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set in maintenance tasks and be able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance, including repairs and upkeep of facility systems.
• Conduct general machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Move materials within the warehouse as needed, assisting with organization and storage.
• Handle various maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical repairs, plumbing, and other handyman duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Collaborate with other team members to address and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general maintenance, including building systems and machinery.
• Proficiency in painting, electrical work, plumbing, and other maintenance tasks.
• Ability to move materials and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
