Express Employment Professionals is seeking dedicated and hardworking Assembly Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, the ability to learn quickly, and a passion for hands-on work. As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for putting together tiny homes, performing general labor tasks, and handling heavy lifting.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble tiny home components according to specifications.
• Perform general labor tasks including measuring, cutting, and installing materials.
• Handle and lift heavy materials and components safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Learn and adapt to new techniques and processes as required.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
• Previous experience in construction or assembly work is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions as needed.
