SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS

Actively involve in all duties related to Machine operation and Screening process to apply various solder masks and legends to circuit boards. 

LOCATION: West Chicago, IL

SCHEDULE:

• Full-Time
• Mon-Fri
• Day (1st) Shift - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm 

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up jobs from travelers and verify registration.
• Operate various presses
• Operate pumice scrubber.
• Develop LPI Ink or Dry Film off circuit boards through the developer
• Perform some maintenance of equipment.

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT

• Standing, walking, bending and sitting for long periods of time. 
• Heavy lifting of up to 60 lbs. 
• Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, telephone and FAX machines.
• Use of hand tools requires dexterity.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This position is in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, particles, dirt, chemicals etc.
• Chemical odor in certain areas

QUALIFICATIONS

• A High School Diploma is required.
