Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with 2-5 years of experience to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Repair or replace faulty components, parts, and systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members and production staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with PLCs, CNC machinery, and other automated equipment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Availability for on-call and emergency repairs as needed.
