CNC Lathe Operator

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with your hands?

We're seeking a dedicated CNC Lathe/Rubber Stripping Operator to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for removing old rubber from steel cores using a manual lathe.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a manual lathe to strip rubber from steel cores.
• Prepare cores for new rubber coating by cleaning and prepping them.
• Transport materials within the building using a buggy.
• Follow precise measurements and job orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating a manual lathe preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Benefits:
