Salary: $22.00 TO $32.00 PER HOURS

Building Operator, Building Superintendent.

 

Facilitate the day-to-day operations of commercial buildings

oversee buildings systems operations, maintenance, and repairs

 

ensure that building heating, cooling, mechanical and electrical systems are

maintained and operated to provide a safe, clean, working environment

 

Regular maintenance by inspecting the premises and attend to necessary repairs or replacements

Regular maintenance includes HVAC servicing, plumbing repairs & other preventive maintenance

coordinate and manage the maintenance staff

uphold safety regulations

attend to emergency calls

ensure the building aesthetics are consistently maintained

maintain the functionality and safety standards of the premises

focus on the comfort and well-being of the building occupants
