Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete necessary repairs and touch-ups to ensure homeowner satisfaction and adherence to new home warranty guidelines
• Collaborate with external contractors to address issues that fall outside of the scope of the company's warranty

Skills & Experience Required:

• At least one year of previous general labor experience
• Good longevity in work history
• Ability to work independently
• Must have a driver's license and reliable vehicle as you will need to travel back and forth to different locations throughout the day
