Responsibilities:

Process payments, Quote new business, Follow up on claims with customers, cross sell products to existing customers

Bring in new business, Answer complex customer inquires, Review renewals, Prepare coverage recommendations based on customers needs

Evaluation To Hire

This is NOT a remote position.

Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

A family-owned business, located in Oswego.

Must have 2 years as a licensed insurance agent to qualify.

Excellent Customer Service and Sales Skills a must.

Ability to listen and solve customer's needs.
