Job Summary:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will be responsible for handling front desk activities, greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail.
  • Office Supplies: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory; order and restock supplies as necessary.
  • Visitor Coordination: Ensure visitors sign in and out, issue visitor badges, and provide access as needed.
  • General Assistance: Assist with various tasks and projects as required by management and other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in office administration is a plus
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. (Math Skills)
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Attributes: Professional appearance, positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
