Position: Service Tech 

Location: Texarkana, TX 

Pay: $16-18

Hours: M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm 

 

Duties: 

 

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety standards are met
• Receive and document work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Take detailed notes and photographs to document the work performed.
• Communicate the status of work orders to supervisors and update the work order system as tasks are completed.
• Install and set up various household appliances, ensuring they function correctly and safely.
• Install skirting around houses to enhance aesthetics and provide protection.
• Perform trim out work, including installing and finishing trim around doors, windows, and other areas.
