We are currently staffing for a property management company located in Somerville, NJ.

 

We are seeking a Porter to join their team!

* Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00 - 5:00pm (Weekends OFF!)

* Weekly pay and immediate benefits

* Locally owned and operated

 

Responsibilities:

• Remove garbage from trash rooms
• Keep common areas clean 
• Vacuum and mop lobby floors and hallways
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or porter exp. a PLUS
• Ability to lift, use cleaning equipment, and hand tools
• Ability to handle physical workload, and be on feet most of shift
