Greenhouse Supervisor

We are now hiring a Greenhouse Supervisor. 

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure crop care/de-leafing tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner. 
• Supervise employees to ensure they carry out their work effectively and safely. 
• Review the work scheduled and assignments.
• Review employee work quality and coach when necessary.
• Perform quality checks.
• Train team members on activities related to the greenhouse production.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures set for by the company.
• Work with the safety coordinator to ensure all tasks are being performed safely

Required Skills:

• 2 years of experience in greenhouse production
• One year of supervisory / management experience
• Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
• Proficient in the use of climate computers for the systems control of the greenhouse
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and labor tracking software
• Ability work independently, multi-task, manage competing priorities, and meet all deadlines
• Ability to problem solve and manage conflict
• Strong leadership skills
