Warehouse lead/ Supervisor

Salary: 20 per hours

The floor supervisor will assist with order flow in the warehouse, ensuring orders are packed and prepared accurately, efficiently and according to customer compliance standards. To accomplish these goals the supervisor should be a strong leader with the ability to motivate and guide floor crews to work energetically and efficiently. The ideal floor supervisor must be a STRONG COMMUNICATOR both with the crews on the floor and with management so that order instructions are properly communicated to the crews and any issues on the floor are properly reported to management. The right candidate will not be flustered in a busy warehouse environment and will be able to change priorities at a moment's notice.

The number of people the supervisor would be responsible supervising can change by time of year and type of project, but I would say 20 is a good average.

Bilingual is a plus- English/ Spanish
