Pay Rate: Starting at $13.00 per hour   -   $16.39 per hour after the probationary period.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and motivated Production Workers to join our team at our Fordyce facility. This is a full-time position offering flexible 10-hour shifts across all shifts, with a starting pay rate of $13.00 per hour and opportunities for overtime. The ideal candidates will be committed to maintaining high production standards and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process.

- Assemble products on the production line, following specific instructions and quality standards.

- Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and report any issues to supervisors.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Document production data accurately and timely.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

 

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work flexible 10-hour shifts, including potential weekends and holidays.

- Strong attention to detail and quality.

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

- Basic math and problem-solving skills.

- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

- Willingness to adhere to safety standards and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
