A Regional Grocery Store is looking to hire Multiple Cutters!

Job Duties:

• Cut, trim, and prepare different types of meat (beef, pork, poultry, etc.) according to customer preferences, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Break down beef, pork, poultry, or other meat products into various cuts.
• Wrap and package products for sale.
• Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Experience with equipment such as meat saws, slicers, grinders, wrapping machines, and knives.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or in a similar role within a grocery store, butcher shop, or meat processing facility.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Knife skills

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
