We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician!

Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and improvement of facilities. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings, if necessary.
