Grounds and Building Maintenance

Located in Lakeville, MN

Salary: $20/hr

Daily Responsibilities:

• 80-90% of the time will be doing grounds and building maintenance, warehouse work
• Mowing, snow removal, basic building repairs (painting), changing light bulbs
• Putting products away in warehouse
• Packaging
• Pulling products
• Forklift
• 10-20% of the time will be doing some mowing at the owner’s home and farm
• Other miscellaneous jobs as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous property or apartment maintenance experience is required
• Walk, stand, bend, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs when needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
