Join our unique and innovative manufacturing team as a Surgical Endoscope Refurbishment Technician. We are looking for a focused individual with a strong willingness to learn to help with the disassembly, cleaning, and polishing of delicate surgical endoscopes. This role involves preparing these devices for a precision refurbishment process, which includes cutting new internal tubing, machining, and performing tasks such as cementing, soldering, or brazing small parts used in their assembly. You will work with advanced microscopes to ensure the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Disassemble, clean, and polish delicate surgical endoscopes.
• Cut and machine new internal tubing.
• Cement, solder, or braze small parts used in surgical scope assembly.
• Utilize advanced microscopes for precision tasks.
• Follow detailed instructions and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Some mechanical aptitude with steady hands and good visual acuity.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Capacity to follow directions with a high level of attention to detail.
• Previous experience in auto parts mechanics or jewelry repair is highly desired but not required.
