We have partnered with our client to hire an Business Development Manager in the Los Angeles area. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the logistics industry.

 

You would oversee building and maintaining relationships with by initiating services, communicating and following up to make sure their needs are being satisfied.

How you will be successful…

 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Skills and Specifications Required...

 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• 3+ Years of experience in shipping and transportation sales
• Proven track record of success in developing new business and achieving revenue targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
