One of our Clients in the North Dallas is Looking For Inside Counter Sales & Customer Service Associate at there Plant Nursery 

 

Summary: As an Inside Counter Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their product inquiries and sales transactions both over the phone and at our front counter. You will serve as a direct liaison between customers and yard associates, ensuring all interactions are conducted with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Input and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with product sales inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Maintain a high level of customer service satisfaction by promptly addressing customer needs and concerns.
• Manage and nurture an assigned book of business, building strong customer relationships.
• Continuously learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
• Provide updates to customers regarding product availability and quality.
• Offer administrative support to members of the Management Team as needed.

Preferred Experience and Education:

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bilingual skills (desired, but not required).

Additional Requirements:

• Must be available to work on Saturdays.
