A well-established, high volume primary care office in Annandale, VA is looking for an experienced, bi-lingual (English/Spanish) medical assistant to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Rooming patients, taking vitals and history
- Assisting the physicians with patient care
- Handing off appropriate instruments/materials during procedures
- Monitoring patients throughout treatment
- Scribing information into EHR
- Miscellaneous tasks as required
The ideal candidate would possess:
- 2+ years experience as a Medical Assistant
- Experience using an EMR system
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Patience and a caring attitude
- Medical Assistant Certification
- The ability to manage multiple tasks
- A willingness to take on more responsibilities as needed
