We are seeking motivated and empathetic Inbound Support Specialist to assist inbound callers. Candidates will assist callers in guiding them through the application process, answer questions, and providing accurate information.

 

Location: Noble, Oklahoma*

**Based on performance, upon approval you may work remotely within 1-3 months after starting

** You'll be placed in a pool for the next classes. The dates are to be determined.

 

Pay: $16.00 per hour

 

Work Hours:

·      Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm then 10am-6:30pm.     

       Must have open availability between 7am-7pm   

      Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Inbound Callers: Provide clear, accurate, and timely assistance to callers seeking help with applications.
• Guide Application Process: Walk applicants through the steps of completing their applications, ensuring they understand each part of the process.
• Provide Compassionate Service: Demonstrate empathy and understanding, maintaining a positive and supportive attitude throughout each interaction.
• Answer Questions: Address inquiries related to eligibility, documentation, and program details with professionalism and patience.
• Document Interactions: Record detailed information about each call and the assistance provided, ensuring accurate and complete record

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Customer Service Experience: 6-12 months previous experience in a customer service role, call center environment, social services, is highly desirable.
• Empathy and Patience: Must have a compassionate approach to helping individuals navigate the application process. Must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and software, must be able to type 40 wpm, and be comfortable talking on the phone
