Available Positions:

Operations Assistant (Overnight 9pm to 7am)

• Located within The Catalyst building, this position is responsible for assisting with the management and operation of the facility.
• This program provides interim housing and support services for formerly homeless individuals.

Lead Maintenance Technician

• Responsible for overseeing the upkeep and safety of the property, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and ready for new residents.
• This role involves supervising maintenance staff, managing service requests, coordinating repairs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and property standards.

Peer Support Specialist

• Day shift and swing shifts available
• Provide support to formerly homeless individuals, helping them navigate community resources, promote recovery, and build self-sufficiency.
• This role involves collaborating with Catholic Charities’ Integrated Case Management team to address clients' behavioral and physical health needs, while modeling personal responsibility and accountability.

Family Skills Coach

• Day shift and swing shift available
• Help families in recovery by modeling health and safety standards, providing coaching, conflict resolution, and support for reunification.
• This role involves ensuring safety, monitoring compliance with program rules, assisting with childcare and transportation, and responding to emergencies or relapses, all while maintaining family records and collaborating with staff to foster long-term recovery and stability.

Frontline Homeless Shelter Staff

• On-call and part-time positions available
• Manage daily shelter operations, ensuring a safe environment for residents, staff, and volunteers by monitoring access areas and overseeing tasks like front desk duties, donations, and gear check-ins.
• This role also involves assisting with case management, handling emergencies, performing facility inspections, maintaining data records, and responding to resident concerns while supporting the overall mission of the shelter.

Assistant Teacher

• Mon-Fri 7am-5:30pm
• 40 hours/week, including a comprehensive employer paid benefit package
• Located at St. Anne’s Early Learning Center, the main purpose is to support the Lead Teacher in delivering high-quality early childhood education, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, and implementing developmentally appropriate curricula.
• This role involves assisting with classroom activities, child observations and assessments, maintaining documentation, and promoting a safe and positive learning environment in accordance with program guidelines.
