Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Water Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in water treatment, water testing, water filtration installation, and some well-pump servicing. If you have a knack for maintaining plumbing systems, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Water Testing: Conduct comprehensive water quality tests to identify contaminants and assess water conditions. Interpret test results and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Water Filtration Installation: Install, configure, and maintain various types of water filtration systems, including reverse osmosis units, water softeners, and UV purifiers.
• Well Pump Servicing: Perform maintenance and repair work on well pumps, including troubleshooting, parts replacement, and system adjustments.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, explaining services performed and providing recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades.
• Documentation: Accurately complete service reports, maintain detailed records of work performed, and update customer files.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the customer.
• Inventory Management: Manage and maintain the inventory of tools, equipment, and parts required for service calls.

Requirements:
- Previous Water Treatment Process Experience
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on construction sites

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with water treatment systems and well pump components is advantageous

- Relevant certifications or licenses related to water treatment and well systems or plumbing

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers

- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally

- Ability to lift and carry equipment, work in various environmental conditions, and perform tasks that may involve bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
