Job Duties:

Sourcing resumes 

Prescreening job applicants, matching skill sets to open jobs.  Posting job ads on Social Media and attending job fairs.

Ensuring applicants meets all Illinois Employment Laws: E-Verify, I-9 credentials, Background Checks, Drug Screening and Employment Verifications

Daily Quality Control Checks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Accountability, on time arrival, and team participation is non negotiable.  This position is in office only.
