Customer Service Representative

Located in Wixom, MI

Salary: $17 - 18.00 per hour

Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. High School Diploma or GED.  

Qualifications: 

• Must have reliable transportation
• Assist sales team
• Enter quotes and orders in the management system
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively
• Ability to multi-task and quickly address needs
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Liaison between manufacturer and customer
• Able to learn and apply multiple policies and procedures accurately
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs

Monday- Friday 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
