Our client is currently looking for a BI-LINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. The ideal candidate would need to be multi-task and handle all aspects of customer service and some accounting such as A/P, A/R and invoices. This is a direct hire position. Salary: $47,000 - $49,000/annual depending on experience including full benefits.

Duties will include:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always and respond promptly to their inquiries.
• Communicate with customers through various channels while respectfully acknowledging and resolving customer complaints is essential in this role.
• Process daily POD of deliveries, quotes, orders, requests and also create the invoices according to company practices.
• Maintain a high proficiency of product knowledge so that you can answer questions and guide customers while offering them an exceptional professional customer support experience

• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary and relaying of changes of information to appropriate employees.

• Assist sales team with requests such as quoting and orders.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

• Be flexible and open to performs other related duties as assigned.
• Follow up on clients and assist with new prospects

Skills Required:

• A strong ability to anticipate work needs, while working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates are also expected to have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Additionally, the best candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
