Job Duties of the Commercial Prep Worker:

• Prepare materials and components for production by performing pre-production tasks.
• Ensure that all materials meet quality standards and are ready for assembly or processing.
• Set up workstations and equipment according to production specifications.
• Follow detailed instructions to accurately cut, measure, and assemble components.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Inspect and verify that materials are in good condition and free from defects.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Other duties as required

Qualifications of the Commercial Prep Worker:

• High school diploma or GED
• Attention to detail and safety
• Reliability
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Physical ability to lift, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
