Overview:

We are looking for a customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers as they enter the store, helping them locate various parts using our computer and inventory system, processing payments, and placing specialty orders. Your ability to provide excellent service and accurate assistance is essential to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in locating parts using the computer and inventory system.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Place specialty orders for parts not currently in stock.
• Provide knowledgeable support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts counter.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and inventory to better serve customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience and/or knowledge of lawn care equipment is preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, particularly in a parts department, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use a computer and inventory system effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
