Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bank Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch in Carrollwood, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch, leading a team, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is critical in driving sales, expanding our member base, and enhancing our community presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the branch.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5-10 employees to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all members.
• Handle operational tasks including budget management, compliance with regulations, and process optimization.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and expand the member base.
• Promote our credit union’s services by actively seeking new clientele and nurturing existing relationships.
• Effectively communicate the value of our products, identify potential business opportunities, and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership role within a financial institution.
• Strong skills in sales, management, and financial knowledge.
• High School Diploma required; additional education in finance or management is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
