Maintenance Manager  (Direct Hire) -  Open Salary (DOE - Looking for the right fit)

Our client is a metals manufacturer that has been in business for over 100 years in Chester County.  They have a state of the art production facility where they produce high-quality alloys while being both efficient and environmentally safe.  The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising, delegating, and motivating maintenance personnel (currently a department of three (3) direct reports).

Maintenance Manager job highlights: 

• Must be able to supervise, delegate, and motivate maintenance personnel (dept of 3)
• A thorough working knowledge of Machine Shop equipment, hand/power tools, basic electronic measuring equipment.
• Sets up, troubleshoot and diagnose, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment. Monitors and maintains production equipment.
• Works closely with Operations personnel in attaining production goals and objectives.
• Maintains a clean and orderly maintenance shop.

What we look for in Maintenance Manager:

• Ability to repair equipment and machines using electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and welding
• Manufacturing and supervisory experience highly preferred
• Strong Computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
• To work necessary overtime and on-call time responsibility
