Job Duties:

*Responsible for coordinating, plan and schedule maintenance and operation of HVAC systems and equipment.

* Troubleshoot and repair HVACR systems as needed in a timely fashion, along with appropriate records as to what was actually done and why

*Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all building HVACR systems and equipment

*Must have a strong understanding of refrigeration and all aspects of repair including compressor and/or coil change outs. Strong electrical skills are necessary.

*Read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures

*Occasionally subject to be on call 24/7, using a company issued cell phone and/or electronic communication device(s) that may be issued.

*Must be able to read and interpret system plans and schematics and to apply troubleshooting skills to repair and maintain systems and equipment.

*Tools: Company supplies everything. All tools, uniform, and shoe stipend.

*Able to deal with people in a manner showing sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.

*Must be dependable, responsible, honest, and hardworking.

Education/Experience:
*LEED Green Associate course or similar program.
*EPA CFC Universal Certification.

Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in maintaining HVAC PM Program. Work experience or college degree can be mutually substituted for education and experience requirements noted above. Must possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License with no major or continuing driving offenses that demonstrate a lack of concern for safety in the last 5 years

*Computer proficiency in applicable programs, including Microsoft Office.
