We are seeking a motivated and eager Entry Level Technician to join our team in Texarkana, TX. This position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in the technical field, working on commercial kitchen equipment and commercial HVAC systems. The successful candidate will work a 4-day work week, gaining valuable hands-on experience while providing excellent service to our commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Support senior technicians in servicing commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting tasks.
• Learn and adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in technical work and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver''s license.
