We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC lathe machines, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality aerospace components. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision aerospace components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC lathe machines.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
