We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Maintenance Technician to join our team in our fast-paced machine shop environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in steel pipe, hydraulic systems, and heavy industrial machinery.

Job Description: As a Bilingual Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our industrial machinery and equipment. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and execute repairs in a bilingual environment, serving both English and Spanish-speaking team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment, including steel pipe systems, hydraulic systems, and other heavy industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production staff to address and resolve equipment-related problems promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a machine shop or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of steel pipe systems, hydraulic systems, and heavy industrial machinery.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
