Service Technician

Located in Sterling, VA

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a service technician for a client in Sterling. This individual will service and install point-of use, office water dispensers. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who enjoys interacting with customers and who excels at problem solving. The individual should be neat and tidy, be mechanically inclined and have the demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Document service resolution and installation actions by completing appropriate forms and reports.
• Plan daily travel routes
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
• Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
• Build positive relationships with customers

Individual will be operating a company vehicle and must have a clean driving record.
