The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing their online sales platforms (custom website, Amazon, E-Bay, Etsy) by posting through third party software (Shopify, Sellercloud) and ensuring exceptional customer service to enhance the brand's reputation and drive sales growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings, pricing, and content are up-to-date and optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives.
• Implement and maintain customer service standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all interactions.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews, and utilize insights to enhance the customer experience and address any areas of concern.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, inventory, and IT, to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce management and online sales
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms is a plus.
