Qualifications

• Candidates should have 5 or more years of experience in the following areas of carpentry Framing, Siding, Trim, Decks ,Roofing
• have their own tools valid driver''s license
• and steady work history.

 

Responsibilities

• Be able to perform carpentry at the highest level with minimal direct supervision.
• Understands the carpentry scope of each project
• Perform rough and finish carpentry to company’s standard of quality and according to the plans and specifications.
• Ensure job site safety, protection and maintenance of company tools
• Maintain a safe and clean job site
• Works directly with the Superintendent, Foreman, and Project Managers, reviewing scope, timelines, and schedules prior to start of the job.
• Performs construction tasks, frame to finish, and using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials.
• Conducts fitting and installation of window frames, door frames, doors, door hardware, and crown molding, interior and exterior trim.
• Builds or repairs structures, cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings using woodworking machines, hand tools or power tools.
• Works on various projects at different job sites throughout the month.
