Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Chemical Mixer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for combining raw materials to create finished products by blending chemicals, compounds, and mixtures according to specific instructions. Your duties will include:

·         Operating mixing and blending machines

·         Monitoring the progress of chemical reactions

·         Performing quality control tests

·         Weighing or measuring materials, ingredients, or products to ensure they meet specifications

·         Reading work orders to determine production specifications or information

·         Examining materials, ingredients, or products visually or manually to ensure they meet established standards

·         Opening valves and starting pumps to transfer mixtures

·         Setting up and cleaning up all raw materials before and after mixing a batch

Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Previous experience in a manufacturing or chemical mixing role preferred

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·         Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures

·         Good physical condition, able to lift and move materials as required
