Salary: $62,000-$70,000annual

We are seeking a Quality Manager responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, and oversee all aspects of quality management, including process audits, customer interactions, and team management.

Responsibilities include:
• Oversee the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards
• Develop and implement quality control tests, inspect products at various stages and write reports documenting production issues
• Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
• Ensure that products adhere to quality standards
• Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing
• Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration
• Assist in the performing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists
• Evaluate non-conformances and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
• Work according to deadlines for the delivery of products
• Train and manage production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods
• Track products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
• Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards
• Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems

Skills/Experience:
• Experience fostering an environment for quality development and continuous improvement
• Experience with wire and cable harness required
• Experience with electronics, electrical and electromechanical assemblies highly preferred
• Working knowledge of measurement instruments required
• Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics required
