The Specialized Recruiting Group of Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for Administrative Warehouse Clerks for a growing Southside facility!

Job Summary/Company Information: 

• Duties will include organizing and maintaining files, correspondence, and records
• Answering and screening incoming calls, mail, and guests/visitors
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings and conferences
• Preparing routine letters and memos for review
• Assist with data entry, pulling reports, and summarizing data
• Produce correspondence, reports, and presentations using Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Communicate and coordinate information with other employees and departments
• Perform cycle counts, sorting bins, and other administrative duties as assigned

Pay/Benefits:

• $17.75/hr
• Evaluation to hire opportunity

Schedule:

• Midshift clerk –- 10a-6:30p-- $17.75/hr

 Requirements:

• Recent logistics administrative, and warehouse experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• SAP knowledge preferred
• High attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and the ability to flex and adapt to changes as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze, investigate, and problem solve
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well on a team
• Work will involve walking, standing, bending and lifting items up to 40lbs on a consistent basis
