Recruiting now for a Team Lead for a warehouse in Fayetteville, NC. Ideal candidate will have experience in all types of print (laser, vinly, screen printing, etc.)

Duties include:

Skilled in warehouse procedures.

Guide teams to achieve productivity and efficiency goals 

Perform accuracy/quality audits to ensure product integrity

Proficient in computer applications

Rapid learner in work environments

Effective communicator and team motivator

Well-organized, timely, and productive

Qualified to operate forklifts

Capable of performing necessary physical tasks, including help with loading and unloading

Collaborates with staff across different departments to address issues

Can lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

A minimum of two years of general shipping and receiving experience.

At least one year of experience as a warehouse lead.

Proficiency in PC usage, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Skilled in inventory software, databases, and systems.

Experience in forklift operation.

Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
