Position: Upholster 

Location: Texarkana, TX

Pay: $16-18

Hours: 7a-5:30p M-F 

 

 Duties:

1. Perform all upholstery functions for any piece as needed for balanced production and exceptional quality, including frame, seat, arm, back, trim, skirt, and nail head.
2. Performs work as assigned by department supervisor.
3. Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages, as needed.
4. Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes, as needed.
5. Perform all duties according to schedule.
6. Notify supervisor or lead person of any mechanical or material issues, as well as notify them of any other problems.
7. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as necessary.
8. Control waste of supplies.
9. Keep work organized.
10. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
11. Must be able to work as part of a team.
